Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM), through its pay TV service - HyppTV - will be treating its loyal subscribers and lucky contest winners to an exclusive movie screening event titled HyppTV Moonlight Movies Night, on Saturday, 14 January 2012, at the Indoor Arena, Bukit Kiara Equestrian & Country Resort, Kuala Lumpur.

Moonlight Movies Night will be HyppTV's very first indoor screening event so attendees need not worry about the weather! Instead of the horses prancing and galloping around, the Indoor Arena will be transformed into a beach-like atmosphere where attendees will lounge around with their flip flops and beach wear and enjoy the action from the big screen. The screening will feature three brand new back-to-back family, action and horror movies from HyppTV's latest Video On Demand (VOD) selection - Kung Fu Panda 2, Thor and Unborn Child.

Jeremy Kung, Executive Vice President of TM's New Media shares, "The invitation-only event is opened to all UniFi subscribers and selected Streamyx subscribers residing in the Klang Valley area. We are targeting around 5,000 subscribers to come and join us. Treating customers and partners of TM via a unique event such as this indoor  movie screening is just one of the many ways TM recognises and rewards its loyal customer. Seating is first-come, first served, so come early, bring your own picnic mat or grab a paperlounger seat from Space-Kraft, one of our vendor partners there. Concessions stalls from our partners will be available selling favourite movie treats such as popcorns from Planet Popcorn, delicious hot dogs, sandwiches and premium burgers from Penn Station, local favourite sengkuang calit from Old Time Sengkuang and many more making its mark there. There will also be limited free vouchers giveaways for the early birds so watch out for that."

Invitees will also be in the running to win themselves two (2) iPad 2 in a lucky draw.

Selected UniFi subscribers will receive four (4) passes per account, whereas Streamyx subscribers will receive two (2) passes per account. If you are not a TM subscriber, don't worry, as HyppTV and its partners will be organizing contests for everyone to win themselves two (2) passes!

HyppTV, TM's IPTV service, is powered by UniFi and is available to viewers come rain or shine through its residential UniFi packages. Currently, HyppTV offers customers 76 channels consisting 15 free channels, 32 premium channels, 15 Video-On-Demand (VOD) genres and 14 interactive channels.
